By accessing and using the LeewayEdu platform at leewayedu.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
LeewayEdu is a blockchain-powered educational platform that allows users to purchase courses using cryptocurrency, earn $LEWT tokens upon course completion, and for verified creators to publish and sell educational courses.
You must create an account to access platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
All course payments are processed in USDT or BNB via BSC smart contract. By connecting your wallet and initiating a transaction, you authorise the transfer of the specified amount. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. LeewayEdu is not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses or failed transactions.
$LEWT tokens are utility tokens earned through platform activity. They are not investments and carry no guarantee of value. Token rewards are distributed automatically via smart contract upon verified course completion. LeewayEdu reserves the right to adjust token reward amounts at any time with notice.
Course fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed on blockchain. Access to course content is granted upon successful payment verification. LeewayEdu reserves the right to remove course content that violates our content standards.
Verified Creators earn 60% of course revenue paid via smart contract. Creators are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their course content. LeewayEdu may remove courses that violate content standards without prior notice. Creators must not publish content that is plagiarised, illegal, or harmful.
You may not: use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to manipulate smart contracts or exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate other users or creators, publish false credentials or misleading course content, attempt to hack or disrupt platform services.
Course content created by LeewayEdu is our intellectual property. Creator course content remains the intellectual property of the creator. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course content without authorisation.
The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding platform availability, course outcomes, or token value. Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
LeewayEdu is not liable for: loss of cryptocurrency, blockchain transaction failures, course content accuracy, decisions made based on platform content, or any indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
